Taiwan International Documentary Festival (TIDF), a biennial established in 1998, is held by the Council for Cultural Affairs, Executive Yuan. In an effort to build a resource center for Asian documentaries, TIDF is organized permanently by the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (NTMOFA) since 2006. TIDF aims to stimulate the exchange of perspectives, promote interactions and dialogues between international and Taiwanese documentary filmmakers, as well as to broaden Taiwanese audience’s horizon.
The seventh TIDF will take place from October 22 to October 31, 2010. Programs include International Competitions, Non-Competition Programs, Master Classes and Workshops.
